Coastal Canine Hydrotherapy

1. About Us

Coastal Canine Hydrotherapy (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides canine hydrotherapy and related rehabilitation services in Yeppoon, Queensland, Australia.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

We provide canine hydrotherapy services for rehabilitation, conditioning, weight management and general wellbeing.

All services are provided based on the information supplied by the dog owner or handler. Results may vary depending on the dog’s health, condition, and compliance with recommended programs.

3. Veterinary Clearance

Dogs may require veterinary clearance prior to commencing hydrotherapy, particularly following surgery, injury, or where medical conditions exist.

It is the owner’s responsibility to:

• Disclose all relevant medical history
• Provide up-to-date veterinary advice where required

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we believe hydrotherapy may not be safe for the dog.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments must be booked in advance
• We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or      rescheduling
• Late cancellations or failure to attend may incur a fee or forfeit any deposit/payment paid

5. Payments & Pricing

• Prices      are displayed on our website or provided at booking
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

6. Owner Responsibilities

Dog owners must:

• Ensure dogs are clean and free from contagious conditions
• Maintain control of their dog at all times
• Follow all staff instructions during sessions

Aggressive, unsafe, or unsuitable behaviour may result in immediate session termination without refund.

7. Risk & Assumption of Liability

Hydrotherapy involves physical activity and water exposure. While all reasonable care is taken, there are inherent risks.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Coastal Canine Hydrotherapy is not liable for:

• Injury, illness, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions
• Loss or damage except where required by Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation. All content remains the intellectual property of Coastal Canine Hydrotherapy unless otherwise stated.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
